Leitung und Entwicklung einer Web-Applikation zur Erstellung und Verwaltung von Pilotentrainings. Aktuell genutzt von 30 Trainern und 800 Trainees mit über 8.000 erstellten Trainingseinheiten. Die Offline-First Architektur erreicht eine Sync-Fehlerrate von unter 1%. Trainer berichten von einer 3-fachen Reduktion des Arbeitsaufwands gegenüber dem vorherigen System.
Leading and developing a web application for creating and managing pilot training. Currently used by 30 trainers and 800 trainees with over 8,000 training sessions created. The offline-first architecture achieves a sync error rate below 1%. Trainers report a 3x reduction in workload compared to the previous system.
